1. TEST OPERATOR – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Electronics Technical High School/Penerbangan with 2-3 years relevance
experiences
- Preferably with RF/ Test background
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Computer literate
- Good soldering skill and basic electronics/component configuration.
- Willing to work and live in Lobam-Bintan island
2. ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior/Technical High School with 1 year of experience.
- Good soldering & assembly experience, basic electronics/component configuration.
- Able to read, write and speak english
- Computer Literate
- Willing to work and live in Lobam-Bintan Island
3. E-TECHNICIAN – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- D3 Electronics, Telecommunication, 2 years relevant experience at Electronics’ circuitry,
Test Failure, trouble shooting, et up, soldering & basic electronics/ component
configuration
- Good command of the English language.
- Willing to work and live in Lobam-Bintan Island
4. ETS TECHNICIAN – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements :
- D3 in Electronics or mechatronics background
- Having 2 years experience as debug/ maintenance technician in manufacturing company
- Familiar with visual basic 6 or net visual C++ will be advantage.
- Good spoken and written English
- Self motivate and goal orientated demonstrated by ability to work independently and
deliver on commitments
- Good team player and quick learner
- Willing to work and live in Lobam - Bintan Island
5. ETS ENGINEER – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements :
- Technical diploma in Electronics with at least 4 years working
experience. Electronics, Electrical or Computer degree holder with
experiences can apply for Engineer position.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated demonstrated by ability to work
independently and deliver on commitments.
- Good team player and quick learner.
- Working experience or knowledge of GPIB, LAN, RS232, USB communication
interface.
- Computer experience, proficient in Windows office application.
- Must have proven experience in repair and troubleshooting of electronic
circuits.
- Able to read schematic and be familiar with PCBA.
- Working knowledge of analog/RF measurement techniques and equipment
(Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, power meter).
- Automated Test Equipment experience a plus
- Experience with Cable repair and Interface Test Adapters a plus
- CAD Tools (Mechanical Drafting, Schematic Capture, PCB Layout)
experience a plus
- Familiar with software programming like C is a plus.
- Fresh graduate of Electronics, Electrical or Computer degree holder
with excellent academic result are welcomed to apply.

6. SOURCE INSPECTOR – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements :
- D3 in any discipline
- At least 1 year’s experience in quality control/ inspection
- Computer literature

7. MATERIAL HANDLER – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- D3 any disciplinary
- Or senior high school with 2 years store/ material handling experience
- Willing to work and live in Lobam-Bintan Island
8. ADMINISTRATOR – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Min Senior High School with 2 years experience as receptionist
- Excellent in English
- Good performance
- Willing to work and live in Lobam-Bintan island
9. SHIPPING/RECEIVING ADMIN – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- D3 any discipline
- Senior High School with 1-2 years freight forwarding/ shipping experience
- Knowledge of export/import shipping documentation.
- Willing to work and live in Lobam- Bintan Island
10. MANUFACTURING FACILITATOR – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Degree (SI) in Engineering
- Work in a PCBA manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years experience in production/ or process engineering/ supervising.
- Willing to work and live in Lobam- Bintan Island
11. PRODUCT SUPPORT ELECTRONIC ENGINEER – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Degree ( S1) in Electronics Engineering
- Exp. in electronics troubleshooting and electronics product testing
- At least 3 years experience in electronics manufacturing or design
- Knowledge or experience in RF design is desirable
- Willing to work and live in Lobam- Bintan Island
12. MATERIAL QUALITY ENGINEER – BINTAN INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Degree (S1) in engineering or a relevant discipline with 2 or more years of working
experience in a manufacturing environment
- Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline with 5 or more years of working
experience in similar environment
- Good knowledge of statistical tools i.e. SPC and quality improvement techniques
- Familiar and knowledgeable in quality management system i.e. ISO procedures and
AS9000 standards
- Anticipating, meeting and/or exceeding customers needs, wants and expectations,
Goals orientated
- Willing to work and live in Lobam- Bintan Island
