BUYER
PT. Sanmina-SCI is expanding business in Batam and we are seeking the qualified person who has excellent work attitude & strong interpersonal skill, strong character and hard working person to fulfill the following position:
BUYER
Responsibilities:
1. Plan & manage material supply per MRP, achieve stipulated inventory goals set by the management, purchase electronic & mechanical components, manage customer/plant's liability and excess inventory per commodity.
2. Manage materials and prevent production line down, maintain purchasing parameters; L/T cancellation window and rescheduling window, ensure timely management on disposition of MRB materials, manage supplier relationship.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
2. Good knowledge of electronic components.
SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure continues optimum supply of materials to manufacturing operations to meet loading plan/schedule.
2. Provide information to PA, Scheduler and Operations the material clear to Built (CTB) status for projects assigned.
3. Liaise closely with buyers/planners and Singapore SCPs to expedite materials to form full kit for production.
4. Understanding the impact of Engineering Change Notice to the materials requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
2. Those without the qualification but good experiences in electronics Industry MRP system will be considered.
3. Good with numbers, interpersonal and communication skills.
ASST. SCHEDULER
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, load and monitor production and delivery schedules in meeting sales targets.
2. Coordinate with varios departments to execute the production schedules and production cycles, Monitor and manage work order, WIP, ECN.
3. To conduct schedule meeting and review work order status.
Qualifications:
1. Degree/Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Good knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes & proficient in excel.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar experience. those without same experience but with experiences (such as production, planning, materials planning and purchasing) in electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
2. Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skillsn Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
3. Proficient English & Bahasa Indonesian Focal person and interface to internal and external customers.
4. Able to ensure internal and external customers' needs are met consistently.
5. Able to lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
6. Able to liaise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, engineering Change (EC), quality performances, costs.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Able to manage, lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production schedule and quality outputsn Perform Line balancing and work lay out to ensure work done effectively and efficiencyn Assign to certain project to follow up on the product changes, quality performance
2. Degree with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
